Men vs women, the numbers game

This infographic compares the driving safety statistics of men and women, and covers a number of different motoring offences, from drink driving to vehicle collisions. Click here to read the text. The interesting thing is that it wasn't produced by an insurance company trying to appeal to women drivers. The study was conducted by Just Motor Law, a Wirral-based solicitors firm who specialise in all things related to motoring law.

just read your stats and agree with probably the majority but its not about who's best. Look, there are traits in each sex that frustrate the hell out of each other. Also you could ask different questions and get results worse on the female side such as....what % of drivers text whilst driving and the most would be female. I only know this as a cyclist around towns and see it all the time with phones glued to thier hands. Whenever they stop at lights women have to look at their phone. Anyway....back to the traits.

Top five of females.....
1. Stopping at roundabout even though nothing coming from the right
2. Constant braking because of nervousness
3. Inability to judge gaps so therefore stop at everything
4. Inability to cope with anything in front of the bonnet especially cyclists
5. Non acknowledgement of other drivers courtesy. I witness this each day I drive to work where I have to stop at a bridge. It is rare I get a thank you from a woman

there are lots more but am just trying to paint a balanced view. The male traits?

yes we all know they drive to fast, cut you up, overtake too much, impatient.

All of the above makes for BAD driving. Its a frustrating place to be for both sexes and both sexes need to drive better
